5. Call Recording Disclosure
The Service records phone calls handled by the AI receptionist. These recordings are used to provide call transcripts, improve AI responses, and deliver the Service. By using the Service, you acknowledge that calls will be recorded and you are responsible for complying with applicable call recording laws in your jurisdiction, including providing any necessary disclosures to callers.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), encryption at rest, access controls, and regular security monitoring. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account termination, we retain data for up to 30 days before permanent deletion. Call recordings are retained for 90 days unless you request earlier deletion. Billing records may be retained longer as required by law.
