By accessing or using FlowSuite Pro ("Service"), operated by FlowSuite Pro ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FlowSuite Pro provides an AI-powered virtual receptionist service that answers phone calls, sends SMS messages, books appointments, qualifies leads, and provides automated follow-up for businesses. The Service uses artificial intelligence, voice synthesis, and telecommunications technology.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information including your name, email address, and business details. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial with limited functionality (up to 4 calls per day). No credit card is required for the trial. After the trial period expires, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial at any time.

5. Pricing and Payment

The Service is offered at $49 per month, billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate voice responses and text messages. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and monitoring the AI's interactions with your customers. We are not liable for any inaccuracies in AI-generated responses.

8. Telecommunications

The Service uses third-party telecommunications providers (including Twilio) to handle phone calls and SMS messages. You agree to comply with all applicable telecommunications laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and any state-specific regulations. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your customers before using automated calling or messaging features.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Call recordings, transcripts, and customer data are stored securely and used solely to provide and improve the Service.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, and branding associated with FlowSuite Pro are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowSuite Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data after a 30-day grace period.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
